All Day Weddings

1, Pre-Event Consultations.

 

After receiving your initial enquiry, I usually recommend an informal chat via phone so that I can see if the services I offer, match what you’re looking for.  Following this we can arrange a more detailed 1-2-1 meeting either in the comfort of your home, at the venue its self, or a local coffee shop. This is where together we can explore your dreams and expectations and I can share with you some ideas designed to enhance your entertainment experience. My goal is to help you create a truly unique and memorable day for you and all of your guests.

2, The Ceremony

 

As you walk down the aisle to you own wedding song with personal meaning, it’s a moment that will be cherished forever.

Together we’ll plan a totally bespoke ceremony soundtrack. From the music that plays as your guests arrive, to the signing of the register, and finally as you walk back down the aisle as Mr & Mrs. Designed to evoke great emotion in your guests, but completely personalise your wedding. 
I provide a very discreet self contained sound system, that can even be used for outdoor ceremonies. With your chosen music selection, I then will professionally edit the timings to fit.

3, The Wedding Breakfast

 

At the Wedding Breakfast [meal] I will be your Wedding Host. What exactly is a “Wedding Host”? It’s basically what a Toastmaster would do, but in a far more relaxed way. All the important bits are still covered. Announcements to get people seated, grand entrances, receiving lines and general introductions and announcements as required. Plus I add a unique element, in the way of music. Using your choice of pre-selected songs I create an atmosphere of excitement, anticipation, emotion and participation. This can result in your guests waving, dancing (yes, sometimes on the chairs). I introduce the Bridal party [top table] individually, . Parents, Groomsmen, Bridesmaids, each have their own specific song as they take their places. All the time I’m building the atmosphere till you enter the room as the new “MR & MRS”. Hard to portray in words, but the experience can be amazing. As the meal is served I provide a selection of relaxed music to complement your vision to ensure conversation flows and your guests are fully engaged with the proceedings. Once the meal is finished I introduce the Toasts and Speeches. I can also help in hiding presents, till the all important moment when they are required. Finally there are all the little behind the scenes things that I do like Liaising with the photographer to get everyone in the shots, as he wants them and keeping the venue in the loop, etc. Your venue may include a Duty Manager as your Master of Ceremonies, but it is worth asking exactly what this includes. Does he do just basic announcements, with the names being changed for each wedding? I also include some very interactive elements to the formalities, in the way of games specialty for weddings.

4, The Evening Reception.

 

It's not just about what music to play. It’s when to play certain songs for maximum floor filling effect that gets the party rocking. I know how to read a room of guests. Often body language from music played earlier in the day, gives a tell tale clue of the music people like. Having this knowledge assists in making sure everyone has a great time. Timing is very important. to ensure the evening flows seamlessly. Spotlight moments like the Cutting of the Cake and your 1st Dance will enhance the enjoyment of your guests. I also can add more interactive fun by way of competitions and ic-breaking routines if required.Finally may I remind you that not all discos are the same? I offer a quality, professional Disco system. I have invested wisely so it not only looks good, it sounds good too. The whole system is extremely flexible to suite small rooms, larger rooms, and marquees; I am also able to facilitate sharing my equipment with solo singers, duos, and Bands.
