Or put another way. Never book a DJ without speaking with them.

Why I always recommend having a pre-booking conversation.

It's not about selling myself, it's more that I'm passionate about what I do.

That I really care that I'm the right DJ for your event, or possibly not.

 ​

But before we have a chat.

I'm not a believer of that saying

"One DJ fits All"​

​

Personally find that a DJ will always perform better

when they are playing the music they know & love..

For party guests who share

that same love.

So, If you want a night of Dubstep, Garage or Grime?

Then I'm probably not the DJ for you!

So What Do I Play?

Well, I love all types of Music

​​​My head is full of mini- setlists

Ranging from the 50's to recent Charts

​

My skill is to then read the room, then add in these set-lists as appropriate. 

Helped on the night, with a few requests along the way.

While one Night can be mainly 70's & 80's, another can focus on the 90's upwards.

(ps. I do love my 90's dance sets) 

I can even do a night of Show Tunes for all you Amdram's

​

One thing that I feel does make me stand out as a DJ.

I try to add structure to the music I play.

So each song compliments the last & next, or occasionally comes as a complete change.

This can give a great wow factor.

There is nothing worse than a DJ who's constantly playing a song from,

say the 60's, then immediately swaps to a 90's title. Or a Rock one, followed by a Motown Tune.

You get my meaning.

I get that your not that interested on what Kit us DJ's use.

But you want reliability & want everything to look & sound amazing.

​​​

So, I use tour standard equipment to deliver an 

amazing sound & fully programmed light show.

And despite modern kit being super reliable

I know things can occasionally can go wrong.

So when it comes to the important bits of fit, I always carry a spares.

Like a reserve laptop, an extra mixing desk, additional microphones, etc.
